i3 Program – Scalable Leadership Development

A districtwide coaching program built for engagement, growth, and reflection.

Overview: Refined and led the i3 initiative, a digital leadership development program supporting 60+ teacher-leaders across K–12. The program focused on building internal capacity through coaching, performance-based contributions, and reflective practices.

Key Actions:

  • Created onboarding, coaching, and contribution systems aligned to instructional priorities

  • Developed dashboards and resource libraries to promote engagement and track deliverables

  • Facilitated virtual check-ins and end-of-cycle reflection aligned to program goals

Outcome: Increased engagement, strengthened peer-to-peer learning, and built sustainable leadership development across campuses.

Contribution Dashboard System

Automating performance insights and enabling districtwide recognition at scale.

Overview: Built an automated dashboard system using Google Sheets and App Script to track educator contributions and provide real-time performance insights to stakeholders.

Key Actions:

  • Designed data entry systems and linked reporting structure

  • Created visual analytics to support transparency and celebration

  • Reduced manual work for coordinators by streamlining updates and summaries

Outcome: Improved visibility, saved time, and boosted alignment between program contributions and strategic goals.

Glide App – Impulse Spending Tracker

An interactive tool to support reflection-based financial decisions.

Overview: Designed a mobile-friendly Glide app that allows users to log potential impulse purchases and walk through reflection prompts that encourage mindful spending.

Key Actions:

  • Created logic-based decision flows with Glide’s no-code tools

  • Designed input fields for pricing, links, reflection questions, and outcome tracking

  • Incorporated savings history and “Buy or Don’t Buy” summary data

Digital Leaders Resource Library

Automating performance insights and enabling districtwide recognition at scale.

Overview: Built a shared resource repository for teacher-leaders across multiple campuses to share, curate, and reuse lesson materials, PD content, and tools.

Key Actions:

  • Created resource submission flow using Google Forms + Sheets

  • Developed contributor recognition and attribution standards

  • Embedded preview links, categorized resources, and controlled access l

Micro-PD with Google Vids

Designing impactful professional development in under 5 minutes.

Overview: Responding to limited time for traditional PD, developed a series of short, focused PD videos using Google Vids—centered around Seesaw and digital tool best practices.

Key Actions:

  • Scripted and recorded asynchronous PD modules

  • Delivered content via LMS and embedded in newsletters

  • Gathered feedback and iterated on content length and focus

Outcome: Enabled just-in-time learning for educators and increased adoption of underutilized tools.

Google Sheet Budget Tracker

Building smarter systems for non-instructional teams.

Overview: Partnered with the Fine Arts department to build a budgeting system using Google Sheets to streamline spending breakdowns and category-based allocations.

Key Actions:

  • Created dynamic spreadsheets with formula-based category tracking

  • Designed user-friendly input areas for monthly and event-based expenses

  • Automated summaries for visibility and faster decision-making

Unit Assessment Aggregator

Consolidating instructional data across teams.

Overview: Worked with curriculum leadership to design an automated data collection system for unit results across multiple campuses.

Key Actions:

  • Built a shared Google Sheet template with embedded formulas for average scores

  • Used Google Apps Script to merge individual submissions into one master sheet

  • Added auto-calculations and summary reports to support leadership review

Seesaw STAAR 2.0 PD

Transforming testing prep through tech-integrated training.

Overview: Led a PD session focused on connecting Seesaw tools with updated STAAR 2.0 strategies, turning a typically dry topic into an engaging and teacher-friendly experience.

Key Actions:

  • Designed and facilitated a hands-on session with sample activities

  • Created supporting slides and reflection prompts tied to test question types

  • Embedded tools teachers could immediately replicate in their classrooms
